- Tidur 6 jam (malam 4 jam + siang 2 jam).
- Sholat berjamaah di masjid.
- Baca Al-Quran + terjemah tafsiriyyah 2 halaman tiap selesai sholat.
- Dzikir pagi dan sore.
- Mograph 3 hours a day.
