Ideal Daily Matrix (Updating)

  1. Tidur 6 jam (malam 4 jam + siang 2 jam).
  2. Sholat berjamaah di masjid.
  3. Baca Al-Quran + terjemah tafsiriyyah 2 halaman tiap selesai sholat.
  4. Dzikir pagi dan sore.
  5. Mograph 3 hours a day.
  6. ?
